Indeed our products undergo up to 40 tests before reaching the consumer.
Quality control is done throughout the production process from the receipt of milk to the distribution of the final product. We receive every day about 630,000 liters of milk. Raw milk alone undergoes 15 tests before it is accepted.
Vitalait thus controls the production chain while respecting the regulations and the correct application of the HACCP method.
It is with this in mind that the company has undertaken and obtained the ISO 22000 certification since March 2014. This certification guarantees the marketing of safe products that meet the expectations of our consumers.
